CODE OF ETHICS

The purpose of this Code of Ethics to define the relationship between NOVUS Community Management and any real estate company listing properties on the community web portal. Specifically, the Code of Ethics sets out the relationship between PRDnationwide and NOVUS Community Management.

• NOVUS Community Management shall at all times comply with all rules and regulations as prescribed by RERA.
• NOVUS Community Management shall not disclose anyowner'sname or contact details to PRDnationwide or any of its employees, unless requested to do so by an individual owner.
• Neither NOVUS Community Management nor any of its employees shall receive any payments, commissions,incentives, gratuity or other form of remuneration from PRDnationwide in relation to any real estate referral or transaction.
• Neither NOVUS Community Management nor any of its employees shall provide any unsolicited advice to owners regarding sales, leasing or property management services. If an owner asks for such advice, NOVUS Community Management staff may make a referral to PRDnationwideor to any other real estate company known to specialize in property in the building.
• NOVUS Community Management's Mission Statement includes it's role in supporting Owners Associations to maximize property values, rental yields and the quality of life in all buildings under NOVUS management. The presentation of the building brand on the internet is a critical part of this role, and the building web portal has been devised to enable the proper presentation of the building brand on behalf of all Owners.
• NOVUS Community Management shall ensure at all times that is acts in the best interests of the board and the owners and shall provide the board with a property portal that shall include real estate market information and offer a variety of services to owners from third parties including PRDnationwide.
• Both NOVUS Community Management and our PRDnationwide shall ensure at all times that it conducts themselves in a professional manner at all times when representing owners and the building brand.
• PRDnationwide is a real estate consultancy company that provides an array of real estate related services including sales, leasing and property management. NOVUS Community Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of PRDnationwide.
