All Commercial and Retail Units are represented in a single management structure or a single Owners Association who manage the building through their elected 7 member Board.
All Unit owners pay Service Charges to maintain the building, equipment and facilities, as well as to pay for services in the building such as Security, Concierge and Cleaning. Service Charges are paid quarterly after the first year by the Unit Owners, not by tenants.
The Owners Association has been registered as an Interim Association with RERA and will attain full legal status with the Land Department when regulations allow. (All Documents have been submitted to RERA). The developer has issued individual land titles to unit owners. Common Area Site Plans and the Jointly Owned Property Declaration for the building have been prepared and lodged at the Dubai Lands Department.
The Board of the Owners Association is elected annually at an assembly of all unit owners. The Assembly of Owners has appointed NOVUS Community Management as its Owners Association manager.

The non-payment of service charges by your landlord is a serious issue that will have an impact on your enjoyment of the building, the quality of maintenance and even your access rights to use the building facilities. It is important that as a tenant you protect your rights and ensure your landlord is up to date with the payment of their service charges if and when you renew your commercial office.

The Owners Association of has appointed NOVUS Community Management to manage the common areas of the building, and when possible, to establish register and manage the affairs of the Owners Association.
