Lakepoint Tower at JLT has all the amenities one would expect from a tower of its size. The top floor of Lakepoint Tower hosts the communal facilities. Besides from the prayer room and children’s play room, the entire floor is separated into male and female areas, each having a fully shaded and covered pool, a fully equipped gymnasium, along with change rooms with locker facilities, showers, a small spa, a steam room and a sauna.

The lobby has a relaxing ambiance with a large couch area with soft lighting, marble finishes, ample furniture, restrooms and security front desk. Lakepoint Tower is served by 3 elevators and a service lift. Each apartment has allocated car parking, either within the plot of the building or distributed throughout the DMCC cluster.

At the time of writing in 2013, Lakepoint Tower had limited established retail with only a mini-market serving residents.
