All units in Concorde Tower are individually metered for electricity & water consumption by DEWA. Accounts are established privately between the occupier and DEWA, and consumption billed directly to the unit occupant.
Unit Owners contribute to the cost of all water and electricity used by the common areas of the building through their service charge contributions.
The occupant of each unit whether a tenant or an Owner is fully responsible for their individual DEWA bills. Occupants will set up their own private account when moving in.
Chilled water is provided to the building by Palm Utilities. This chilled water is provided to all the common areas in the building and to each of the individual apartments. Chilled water provided to the apartments and to the building common area is included in the service charges payable by each unit owner, in accordance with the unit entitlements of that unit. Tenants do not pay separate accounts to Palm Utilities for chilled water supplied to their unit. Tenants and prospective tenants should make specific account arrangements with their landlord.
Only electric cooking is allowed in the building, gas cylinders are not allowed in accordance with DMCC / Dubai Municipality regulations.
