In the Concorde Tower lobby is the Concierge Desk and a fully furnished Lobby lounge area featuring high quality artworks and stylish décor. The quality finishes continue through throughout all common areas of the building.

Resident recreation facilities are located on the fortieth floor, where the pool deck offers panoramic views over the lakes, marina and out to the seas beyond. Also on the 40th floor are male and female change rooms with locker areas, showers, bathrooms, sauna and steam room. Adjacent to the Pool Deck, the resident gymnasium is equipped with aerobic training equipment including treadmills, cross trainer, and bicycles.

4 floors of parking are found on the three basement levels and Ground Floor. Ample parking bays for visitor parking are located on the Ground Floor.

The Concorde tower retail area features a florist, Reebok Crossfit membership gymnasium, bakery, restaurant, a café and small supermarket.
