MOVE IN / MOVE OUT - RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

There are a number of important steps to be followed to ensure your move is well planned and hassle free. Please see the steps and instructions at the bottom of this form.

You will need to fill in and submit the below online move-in / move-out form. This form allows you to upload your required documentation. Once your request has been processed and approved by the Building Manager, you can leave your security deposit with the front desk concierge and proceed with booking the service elevator.

The service elevator must be booked 24 hours in advance. If you do not have a booking you will need to wait until the service lift is available. Non-assigned elevators are strictly prohibited for the moving of furniture.…

This Booking Form is to be completed and submitted to the Building Manager 7 days prior to the Move in or Move out date in order to ensure access to the Loading Dock and Service Lift. Note that the documents required to be submitted can be either uploaded with this form or provided to the building manager for processing.

Documentation Requirements

The following documents are to be submitted to the Building Concierge / Security a minimum of 48 hours prior to Move In / Move Out. You may upload the required documents and attach here, or deliver your document copies to the building.

Security Deposit Requirements

Please note that a refundable security deposit of AED 1,500 will be required before any movement of furnishings into and out of the building will be permitted.
The Security Deposit will be returned to you on completion of the Move In or Move Out. This deposit is required to cover the cost of any significant damage caused to the common areas of the building during your move. Ensure that you use a reputable moving company whose staff are properly trained to prevent damage to your belongings and to the building. You will inspect the building with building staff to verify any damages claimed.

Responsibility for Building and Common Area Damage

The Resident and/or Moving Contractor will take full responsibility for the activities of the removals team during the Move In / Out process. Any damage caused during the Move In / Out will be the responsibility of the Resident/Contractor to make good. In the event that the Resident/Contractor fails to make good any damage, then the Building Manager will repair and deduct the monies from the Security Deposit.
