We would like to inform you that your building is scheduled for window cleaning from 26 June 2022 to 27 July 2022, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
During this period, we kindly request that you remove all your personal belongings from your balconies and/or window ledges to avoid any damage.

Change to Dubai Community Management Work Week

Following the UAE Government’s decision to align the working week and weekend to international markets, in order to better align the nation with global markets and boost the UAE’s economic competitiveness.
Dubai Community Management will align to that change and adopt a Monday to Friday working week, with the week designated as Saturday and Sunday, with effect from Monday, 3rd January 2022.

We write to inform you that there will be an intermittent traffic disruption within City Walk.
Date: Tuesday, 26 October 2021
Timings: 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
During this period traffic will be managed by Dubai police and RTA to redirect vehicles in and out the community.

Firstly, we would like to thank you all for abiding by all the health directives necessary to maintain the safety of yourselves, your families and the greater community.
As you know, the wise leadership of the UAE anticipated the events and took a series of strict measures to prevent, limit and contain the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Of course, the situation would not be the same today without the courage and dedication of frontline workers.
To show our appreciation and solidarity with those fighting on the frontline to keep everyone in the UAE safe during this difficult time, the community “Rings on Strings” lights have been changed to display the colours of the UAE flag, which we all cherish so dearly.

The office is located within the overflow parking lot behind Spinneys supermarket. Timings continue to be from 8am to 4pm, Sunday to Thursday
The current community office located in building 2A will be closed from 04 November 2018. Residents can visit the new facility to seek assistance on any community related operations.
Important note – the ISTA payment machine will be relocated to the lobby of Building 2A, which is adjacent to the current community office.
