Each apartment comes with high-ceilings, the latest in kitchen appliances, timber floors and great views over the Marina and lap pool. Al Barza is distinguished by its exposed brickwork providing residents with a sense of old world charm. All studio apartments come with one allocated car space.
1-bedroom Apartments
There are a total of 114 one-bedroom apartments in Al Bandar. There are 24 one-bedroom apartments in Al Naseem A, 28 in Naseem B and 32 in Naseem 3 while Al Barza has 30 one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has Marina and sea views and comes equipped with the latest kitchen appliances. Some one-bedroom apartments have balconies.
