Hard Waste in the General Rubbish Bin
Posted on: 23-08-2022Dear Occupants,
The Owners Corporation have been made aware that hard rubbish was dumped in the General Waste Bins.
Hard waste is unable to be collected by the waste company when collecting General Waste and Recycling/Commingled Waste so the items were left on Common Property.
Please do not dispose of any hard rubbish inside the bins or anywhere on Common Property without prior approval from the Owners Corporation.
Ensure all hard waste is kept in your private property until you can arrange for the correct disposal of the items.
Should any hard waste be left on the property, the Owners Corporation will on-charge the lot responsible for the cost of its removal. -

*Update* Intercom Fault - August 2022

As per the previous communication, the technician has attended today to look into the intercom issue.
After troubleshooting, they tested a number of intercoms of occupants who were home and have confirmed the system is back up and running.
If you still have issues, please reach out so we can further investigate.

I regret to notify you all that the lift is still down. I have followed up with Schindler this morning, and they informed me that no one could attend last night but will be attending today!
I have marked this as urgent with Schindler and expressed my disappointment in their efficiency.

Road Closure for repairs

It has been bought to your owners corporation's attention that Miller Street will be closed between 7am and 6pm between Monday 29 October and Wednesday 31 October for road surface repair works.
Residents will need to inform the traffic management on site that they need access to their property and parking may be impacted on the street for those three days. For safety, please observe all signage and instructions in place.
We will make every effort to complete these works within the scheduled times, however dates and times are subject to change. We would like to thank the residents for their patience.

Please see note from your Owner's Corporation Committee.
The goods photographed are considered by the OC to be dumped in the Level 4 Storage Cage area.
The owner of the goods needs to have them removed and/ or stored in an allocated cage within fourteen days or they will be donated to charity.
