The Owners Corporation have been made aware that hard rubbish was dumped in the General Waste Bins.
Hard waste is unable to be collected by the waste company when collecting General Waste and Recycling/Commingled Waste so the items were left on Common Property.
Please do not dispose of any hard rubbish inside the bins or anywhere on Common Property without prior approval from the Owners Corporation.
Ensure all hard waste is kept in your private property until you can arrange for the correct disposal of the items.
Should any hard waste be left on the property, the Owners Corporation will on-charge the lot responsible for the cost of its removal.

It has been bought to your owners corporation's attention that Miller Street will be closed between 7am and 6pm between Monday 29 October and Wednesday 31 October for road surface repair works.
Residents will need to inform the traffic management on site that they need access to their property and parking may be impacted on the street for those three days. For safety, please observe all signage and instructions in place.
