Please be advised that a Termite Inspection of the property and routine servicing of the Garage Door has been scheduled for ALL Units 1 to 4 on Friday 17 December 2021.
The Annual Garage Door service will commence at 7:30 AM, starting at unit 1 working through to unit 4 and the Annual Termite Inspection for the strata complex will commence at 8:00 AM.
The Annual Termite Inspection and Garage Door maintenance flyer notice will be delivered by hand to the residents’ mailbox.

Please be advised I will be out of the office from Saturday 10 April 2021 attending a major surgery at Perth Hospital for cancer removal and removal to the uterus, cervix, ovaries, fallopian tubes and lymph nodes to prevent cancer spreading.
I will be in Hospital for 5 days. After 5 days of discharge from the hospital, I will reside at Perth recovery centre accommodation until 30 April 2021.
All telephone enquiries or phone messages will be attended to by my assistant Sandra Cook.
All emails will be monitored and handled by the DSM Administrative Team.
