The villas at Al Gurm exhibit understated Asian or Mediterranean architectural elements, that take advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Waterfront Villas
A waterfront villa at Al Gurm is your exclusive luxury home close to the city. Designed with a South-East Asian architectural influence, villas are set along the edges of the reserve and inland waterway, featuring large lower front balconies and patios right over the water.
Built over three levels the three, four and five-bedroom designs step down to the water's edge. Family and dining rooms are to one side with bedrooms above, all with ensuite bathrooms. Across from the main entrance are the formal and entertaining rooms, and there is plenty of parking and staff accommodation. A stunning infinity pool and terrace face out across the water from the first floor. From the jetty you can set out on a sailing, diving or cruising adventure.
Island Villas
An Island villa at Al Gurm is an exclusive residence reserved for the select few.
Reached by elevated bridges, the Island villas are built over two levels with large roof terraces. The large stone-clad homes exhibit elements of Arabic and Spanish villa architecture. Accommodating five-bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, they naturally incorporate the very high standards of fittings and the best contemporary technology in exceptional comfort.
Layouts include family dining, living and kitchen areas to one side and large rooms, ideal for formal dining and entertaining, across from the main entranceway, along with many patios and balconies.
The large master bedroom suites on the first floor offer the best views over the water. You can wake to the distant call of the birds in the treetops and enjoy breakfast served on your roof terrace. Each villa has a swimming pool and a private beach, while next to the beach is a jetty for your boat. Head for the deep blue sea, have lunch on the boat, then sail home to your perfect island.
