Tiffany Tower Parking Notice
Posted on: 28-06-2021Dear Tiffany Tower Parking Users,
We are glad to announce the newly upgraded Gate Barrier at our Tiffany Tower.
This new upgraded system will allow the permitted parking user to enter the parking bay without flashing the access card to the Card Reader Pole. Under the new system, an adhesive access tag will be provided to you and the same can be affixed on your windshield (as shown in the photograph attached).
The security personnel of Tiffany Tower can also assist you in affixing the access tag at the right place on the windshield.
Please arrange to hand over the present access card to the security card and collect the access tag.
The new access system will be effective from Tuesday, June 29, 2021

Tiffany Tower - WAITING TIME FOR THE LIFT
Posted on: 10-06-2021Dear valued Customers,
We received feedback from some of the customers about the increased lift waiting time during peak hours. Please note that lift waiting time has been increased due to the capacity of the lift (the number of people per lift) has been reduced as per the related authority instruction to prevent the spread of COVID 19. In addition, it was noted that some of the customers are not following the lift rules where they press the lift up and down buttons together regardless if they are going to up or down floors which cause the lift traffic and extend the time waiting for the lift.
We kindly request all the customers to follow the below rules while using the lift to minimize the lift waiting time:
• Press the lift up button if you are going to upper floors only
• Press the lift down button if you are going to down floors only
• Avoid holding the lift on any of the floors
• Follow the number of people per lift to prevent the spread of COVID 19

Tiffany Tower- TEMPERATURE CHECKING

In accordance with DMCC and DED directive that Thermal Scanners and Manual Temperature checks are not required anymore, Tiffany Towers security will no longer check temperatures of all who enter the premises.
We kindly remind all of the following:
1) Please wash your hands more often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or with hand sanitizer.
2) Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
3) Wear proper (PPEs) Mask and gloves and dispose of them properly after use.
4) Avoid crowded places and avoid contact with sick people.
5) If you feel unwell and show any of the COVID-19 symptoms, please seek medical attention immediately.
6) If you are sick please stay at home and seek proper medical attention and do not report to work. please contact the health authorities for more information and updates or to seek advice on the following numbers.
7) If you are suffering from any respiratory conditions or have compromised immunity, you are advised to continue working remotely from home as per the authority’s instruction.

Please be advised that in accordance with the regulatory and lawful requirement, there will be a routine mock Evacuation Drill conducted at Tiffany Tower on 27/04/2021 between 10 am to 11 am
Due to the COVID-19 safety restrictions, the evacuation drill will be just for our ERT team (Evacuation Response Team). This means there will be no fire alarm sounders activated, no disruption, or requirement for occupier’s participation. When the drill is activated the ERT will mobilize and undertake their responsibilities and systems will be checked. Any areas for improvement will be identified and the evacuation process modified accordingly.

Please be informed that fire alarm, inspection and testing will be conducted at Tiffany Tower on Saturday 14th December 2019 from 9:00am to 12:00pm on the following floors: from B5 to the 9th floor.
During the above mention inspection period, there will be some sound disturbances in that particular floors, but not be a continuous alarm.

Proper disposal of garbage is relevant in preserving the tower and health of its occupants. In connection to that, kindly read the following rules with regards to proper management of your garbage;
1. Dumping of waste and any type of refuse or filthy materials/items in the common areas are strictly prohibited.
2. Disposal of large and/or heavy items are the responsibility of the occupants at their cost. Occupants should arrange for the removal of all such heavy items from the building.
3. Usual household garbage should be properly packed in a waste bag, tied it and dispose it properly in the designated garbage chute in your floor.
Please do not leave any garbage in the Garbage Room Floor as it will emit bad odor, will invite pest and will cause inconvenience and health issues to you and your neighbors.
Inappropriate management of garbage will have a corresponding consequence for the health and safety of the tower and the occupants as a whole.
Please be guided accordingly and let us help each other to maintain the cleanliness in our community.

Notice: NEW VISITOR PARKING SYSTEM
Posted on: 21-08-2019Dear Tiffany Tower Occupants,
DMCC will be introducing a new Parking Management System within Almas Tower’s Basement 2 Visitor Car Park to improve service standards for occupants and visitors.
Please note that this new Parking Management System will be activated from 2 September 2019 onwards where the existing manual ticket and payment desks will be removed and entry and exit from the Basement 2 visitor’s car park will be through a ticketed barrier system.
Location: Almas Tower, Basement 2
Effective Date: 2 September, 2019
Using the new Visitor Parking System:
Please follow the steps below to use the new parking system:
1. Arrive at the car park and take a ticket from the machine.
2. The barrier will open and you can proceed to finding a parking space.
3. Prior to exiting, make your way to one of the payment machines located in the Basement 2 lift entrance lobbies.
4. Insert your parking ticket into the machine and make your payment.
5. Take the ticket and return to your vehicle and exit within 20 minutes.
6. Upon exit, insert the validated ticket to the machine located in front of the exit barrier.
Parking Charges:
Normal charges for staying in the car park will remain unchanged and are as follows:
• First hour – free parking
• Every hour thereafter – AED 10/hour.
• Lost ticket charge – AED 250.
The payment machines will accept notes from AED 5 up to AED 100 notes.
If you need help to use the car parking machines, please speak to a member of the Car Parking Management team who will be available on site to assist you at the Basement 2 visitor car.

Recycling Facilities - Cluster W- JLT

We are pleased to inform you that with the collaboration with the Concordia DMCC a recycling station has been provided in every cluster in JLT. The recycling collection boxes in Cluster W are located just under the ramp leading up to the podium level (please refer to the enclosed picture).
The Tiffany Tower Management highly encourage the use of these facilities bearing in mind that all the recyclable materials should be clean of food debris to avoid contamination of recyclable materials (e.g. plastic milk bottles should be washed out before being deposited into the recycling bins).

Tiffany Tower - Fiber cabling works

Please be informed that DU appointed contractor is going to perform Fiber Cabling Works at Tiffany on Thursday 11th April @ 9:00 am to 5:00 PM
Du as confirmed that there will be no interruption of service at the Tower.
During the above period, Although there will be no direct impact on each offices operations, we would like to request your cooperation and patience for the worker's presence on site.
This exercise is a part of DU Telecom improvement in order to provide high-quality services to its clients at Tiffany Tower. On the other hand, should you notice any suspicious activity or wrongdoings by the contractors during this period, please report them immediately to the tower security reception at 04-4356883.

Notice: Rectification/Replacement of faulty or damage Fire Alarm Devices inside the Units
Posted on: 11-02-2019Dear Tiffany Tower Occupants,
Please be put on notice that the rectification/replacement of the faulty or damage fire alarm devices installed inside your unit is the Owner/Tenant sole responsibility. Please be reminded that the upkeep of all the devices/equipment installed inside the unit is the responsibility of the unit Owners.
Any indication of faults found in the main FA panel which is related to the unit will be noted in the inspection report during the scheduled FA/FF maintenance of the tower appointed contractor.
Asteco will then notify the Owner of the faults found and will send a copy of the inspection report along with a copy of the quotation for the needed rectification or replacement of the faulty/damage FA devices for the Owner reference.
In order to ensure that the fault is rectified without further delays and the FA devices to be installed inside the unit are of similar type and model of the tower main FA systems, Asteco will facilitate the rectification/replacement of the faulty or damage fire alarm devices inside the units through the tower approved FA/FF contractor on behalf of the Owner.
Asteco shall then issue a bespoke invoice to the unit Owner in order to recover the rectification/replacement cost of the FA device paid by the Tower Interim OA on behalf of the owner. The said amount will be added in the unit service charge account. If the unit is rented, the Owner is advised to refer to their rental agreement. The Owner is solely responsible to make arrangement with his/her tenant to recover the amount if necessary.
All Owners/Tenants are advised to coordinate only with Asteco for any issues/enquiries you may have in relation to your FA systems inside your unit. It is also imperative that you provide the management “Asteco” with a copy of your Civil Defence Completion Certificate for our record and reference.

Tiffany Tower: Notice Electricity Shutdown

Please be informed that there will be a necessary electricity shutdown during the Bus Bar Torque Test in the below provided affected floors for maintenance purposes.
Find the below schedule time and direct affecting locations:
1) Direct Affected Floors MDB -1:3rd floor to 13th floor, On 15/01/2019 @ 8 AM to 6 PM; Special affecting area = the Shutdown will affect Du IDF room.
2) Direct Affected Floors MDB-2:14th to the 23rd floor, On 08/02/2019 @ 8 AM to 6 PM; Special affecting area = the Shutdown will affect Du IDF room.
3) Direct Affected Floors MDB-3: 24th to the 34th floor, On 01/02/2019 @ 8 AM to 6 PM; Special affecting area = the Shutdown will affect Du IDF room.
4) Direct Affected Floors MDB -4: 35th to 45th floor, On 25/02/2019 @ 8 AM to 6 PM; Special affecting area = the Shutdown will affect Elevator and 31st floor Du CCU room.
5) Direct Affected Floors MDB-5: B3 to the 2nd floor, On 08/02/2019 @ 8 AM to 6 PM; Special affecting area = the Shutdown will affect Cooling and Du MDF room.
6) Direct Affected Floors MDB-6: B5, B4, B1, 2nd, 31st 44th and Ground floor. On 15/03/2019 @ 2 PM to 8 PM; Special affecting area = the Shutdown will affect Cooling and Du MDF room.

Tiffany Tower: Notice Electricity Shutdown, & Elevator Shutdown
Posted on: 07-01-2019Dear Tiffany Tower Occupants,
Please be informed that there will be a necessary Electricity Shutdown this coming Friday. 11 January 2019 from 1:30PM to Saturday morning until 4:00AM due to MDB maintenance work.
The affected floors during this activity and without electricity is from 24th Floor to 45th Floor. However, please note that during this period all the elevators will also stop its operation as the MDB supplying electricity to our lifts is included in the maintenance.
We request for your cooperation in this regard and suggest that you make alternative arrangements should you have any arrangement for deliveries, maintenance inside units etc. during this period.

Tiffany Tower: Notice for External Facade Cleaning

Happy New Year!
Please be informed that the external façade cleaning at Tiffany Tower has commenced today, Sunday, 6 January 2019 and will continue for one month until 5 February 2019 subject to weather condition.
The work is programmed as per the following timings:
Days: Saturday- Thursday 06.00 AM-06:00 PM hours
During the façade cleaning, we advise that you:
• Keep balcony doors and windows closed and secured
• Curtains/blinds should be closed to ensure you have privacy
• For safety and security, please remove any items from your balcony that may be damaged due to water.
The Owners Association, Building Management and Service Providers shall not be responsible or liable for any damages that may occur to your personal effects if they remain on the balcony.

Please be informed that DMCC has brought into our attention that there will be a road closure in JLT on coming Friday 14 December 2018, due to the upcoming event conducted by Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge 2018.
To ensure the safety of both the cyclists as well as the residents of Dubai, the RTA and Dubai Police have implemented the Rolling Road Closures along the route.

Please be informed that DU appointed contractor, Xad Technologies LLC will commence network enhancement work at Tiffany Tower by replacing the existing telephone and internet cables in to a fiber optic cables. The work will start on the below given schedule.

Expected Completion Date: 31 December 2018

DU - Network Enhancement Survey

Please be informed that DU appointed contractor, Xad Technologies LLC will be conducting survey in the tower on 31 October 2018.
The purpose of the survey is to identify where improvement is required so that DU can enhance the quality of network and service to the Tiffany Tower end users.
The contractor will be accessing the tower telephone room and MDF room only hence will not have effect or interruption to individual unit/offices.
This is only for your information so that you are aware of their presence at Tiffany Tower on the scheduled survey.

Dubai Fitness Challenge - Central Park, Jumeirah Lake Towers
Posted on: 18-10-2018DMCC is delighted to announce that its Central Park JLT has been selected as an official ‘Fitness Village’ for the upcoming Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC).
Central Park JLT will host a range of sporting activities during the initiative which starts on Sunday, 28 October 2018 and finishes on Thursday, 22 November 2018. Please note that the venue will be handed over to event organisers on Saturday, 20 October 2018 for preparatory work and set-up.
DFC is all about motivating and involving Dubai’s residents to commit to 30 minutes of continuous exercise a day for 30 days. A full schedule of activities will be available in due course.
We ask that children entering Central Park JLT during DFC are supervised by an adult at all times to ensure their safety.
DMCC hopes on the active support and participation of the JLT community in this important city-wide initiative.
