CAMALB PROPERTIES - LOCK DOWN OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE
Posted on: 24-03-2020To add to the numerous notifications being distributed, kindly take note that all Camalb staff will be working from home during the compulsory lock down phase. Our telephone lines and access to emails remain active during normal business hours, however our skeleton staff members will not be contactable over weekends until further notice.
As far as possible we will continue business as usual, but will now be reliant on the external internet service providers at each staff members home. Therefore should you experience a delay in response to either your emailed or telephonic queries, please address these with me directly at lee-ann@camalb.co.za
Additional correspondence can be expected from my office around emergency protocols etc. specifically relevant to your scheme, as imposed by your trustees, and therefore kindly ensure that you familiarize yourself with this correspondence once received.

CSOS LEVY PAYMENTS - GENERAL OWNERS INFORMATION
Posted on: 02-04-2017Good day Owners,
Please find attached the CSOS Directive received in terms on the monthly CSOS Levy that we are collecting. We will therefore be paying over the last 3 months CSOS Levies that have been collected and await the reconciled invoice from CSOS.
Every Body Corporate and HOA under our Management has been registered with CSOS in November 2016. However due to the large volume of registrations countrywide we have as yet not received confirmation of the registration number allocated to your Body Corporate/ HOA and we will therefore use your SS or Company Registration number( for HOA's) as the reference number when making the CSOS Levy payment, until such a time as the CSOS Registration number is received. A copy of the last 3 months levy collections will also be provided to CSOS as proof of billing.
This Notice is purely meant for informative purposes as there is no action required on your part in this regard, other than to continue paying your CSOS Levies as billed on your monthly statements and we will adhere to the payment thereof over to the CSOS.

Posted on: 27-11-2016Please be advised that the Ekurhuleni Councillors have invited all interested parties to attend a feedback meeting on the Land Claim matter that has been recently reported in the media which affects large parts of Alberton and the Johannesburg South Area.
The meeting will be held on Monday 28th November at 6:30pm at the EWC College, 25 Lake Arthur Street, Brackendowns. Alberton.
