  Special General Meeting Tonight

  Hi All,
  Just a reminder that the SGM is being held tonight at Patterson Lakes Community Centre (54-70 Thompson Road, Patterson Lakes, near the Library).
  Registration for the meeting will start at 6pm and the meeting will commence at 7pm.
  If you are not able to attend please fill out the attached proxy form (ensure all owners on title sign the proxy form) to support/consider the proposed resolutions in the Notice of Special General Meeting and send it back to our office.
  Please remember that if you are currently un-financial you will be unable to vote.
  
  In order for registration to run as smoothly as possible it would be much appreciated if anyone holding more than 10 proxies could send them through to our office before midday. Otherwise we'll see you tonight.

  Important Announcement- Broad Leaf weed spraying

  Dear Residents,
  
  Broadleaf spraying will take place in the Sandarra Estate next Thursday 10th September and Friday 11th September, weather permitting.
  In order for the Broadleaf spraying to be effective, we require your cooperation.
  
  Please do not park vehicles on or near nature strips and/or cross-overs.
  
  As the Broadleaf spraying takes effect some of the areas will turn brown.

  At the 2014 AGM, Wirefreebroadband provided a brochure to the members and many of you were keen to know more.
  
  Wirefreebroadband is one of the leading fixed wireless broadband companies in Australia and have confirmed that they will come to Sandarra if they can get 100 users to sign up for one of their standard packages. For example they can provide $30 off when you bundle your Voice and Data services or you can have $10 of Data only.   Please note that if you choose to sign up with Wirefreebroadband this is a private agreement between you and your provider and the OC is only facilitating another option as per your request at the last AGM.
