We are writing to you to advise there are works scheduled to repair the cracks in the basement on the 18th -19th November 2019.
The builders have advised they require the below car park spaces to be vacant on the above dates.
Units 306, 307, 308 and visitor car parks 16, 17 & 18.
Can you please arrange to have the above car parks empty during the duration of the works so the contractors can complete the required works.

Another reminder: On Behalf of the Owners Corporation at 1101 Toorak Rd Camberwell there will be work happening in the basement on Friday 10th May at 8am by Hamilton Marino to fix some cracks.
For these works to commence unit's 306,307 and 308 will need to have their vehicles removed from their parking space from 8am until 3.30pm Friday 10th May.
Please ensure this is done. I have emailed owners and managing agents directly, yet no confirmation has been received.

Water Hot System- Shutdown

Your Owners Corporation has engaged Origin Energy to replace the Hot Water System at the property. Works have commenced today and Strata Plan have been advised that the hot water will be shutdown/isolation for the works to proceed. The period we would expect to be no more than approx. 6 hours roughly between 9:30am -3:30pm.

We wish to advise that your Owners Corporation has arranged the change to the operation hours of the main gate previous discussed. The main gate will no longer be open 24/7 which will assist in increasing the security of the building.
As of today the following hours are:
Sunday to Thursday - Open between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm (remote to be used outside of these hours)
Friday and Saturday - Open between the hours of 7:00am and 12:00am (remote to be used outside of these hours)

REMINDER: Upcoming Toorak Road Gate Closure

We wish to advise that your Owners Corporation have sought approval from the Council to change the operation hours of this gate. This gate will no longer be open 24/7 which will assist in increasing the security of the building.
If you do not have a remote or wish to order a new device, please follow the steps below:
1. Log onto the Strata Plan website: www.strataplan.com.au
2. Scroll down to the on line forms section
3. Select access device request form
4. Enter your details and press submit
5. Our accounts team will issue an invoice within 72 hours
6. Once payment is received, our access team will be in touch
Please note, owners/occupiers will have until the 26th April 2018 to order a new device through the Strata Plan Office. Failure to order a remote prior to this date may result in an owner/occupier unable to enter/exit the property.
