Al Ameen Service, generously provided by the Dubai Police, is a secure and confidential reporting platform. Its mission is to empower individuals, just like you, to report a wide range of incidents, concerns, or criminal activities securely and anonymously. The goal is to fortify community safety and security by encouraging residents to report any suspicious or unlawful activities without hesitation.
This initiative entails the placement of user-friendly QR codes in various common areas throughout your community. These QR codes will serve as your direct gateway to Al Ameen Services, offering you a seamless and swift channel to report concerns, incidents, or issues—all while preserving your confidentiality.
The scope of issues that can be reported through Al Ameen Service is extensive and includes, but is not limited to:
• Crimes: Covering offenses such as theft, fraud, and vandalism.
• Safety Concerns: Addressing incidents or situations with potential harm or risk to our community members.
• Suspicious Activities: Reporting any behaviours that may raise concern or suspicion.
• Tips and Information: Providing a platform to contribute valuable insights that can prove pivotal in ongoing investigations.

Water Leak due to Pipe Burst
Posted on: 21-06-2022Dear Resident,
Please be informed that there has been Fresh Water Pipe burst in Madina Tower on the 3rd floor. The source of the leak has been identified as Branch connected to the Main Pipe Riser which supplies water to units.
Currently water supply from 2nd floor to 7th floor has been turned off while the water supply to all units on other floors have been restored.
Al Shirawi FM along with their contractors are doing their best to repair the damage pipe.
Further updates will be provided shortly.

This may result in additional noise, truck movement and lighting near the project site.
