Wishing you a Brighter, Better and Greener 2013
نتمنى لكم عاماً جديداً أكثر إشراقاً في ظل بيئة خضراء مفعمة بالحيوية
We are all counting down the days to the New Year; thinking of good times passed and great things to come in 2013. With so much to look forward to, we thought it best to share the words of our nation’s Founder, His Highness Sheikh Zayed Al Nahayan to describe our sentiment:
ها نحن قد بدأنا العد التنازلي لإستقبال العام الجديد، نسترجع الذكريات السعيدة ونتطلع للحظات رائعة تنتظرنا في عام 2013. أمامنا الكثير لنصبوا إليه في العام القادم، ولهذا لم نجد أفضل من كلمات مؤسس دولتنا الحبيبة، المغفور له صاحب السمو الشيخ زايد آل نهيان، لنصف لكم مشاعرنا:
“We cherish our environment because it is an integral part of our country, our history, our heritage. On land and in the sea, our forefathers lived and survived in this environment. They were able to do so only because they recognized the need to conserve it, to take from it only what they needed to live, and to preserve it for succeeding generations”.

We would like to inform all residents the Steam and Sauna at Horizon Tower is now ready to use.
The key is available with the security on the 1st Floor and is available to all residents whose dues are cleared and access card form details submitted.
We would like to thank all owners who have paid their service charges which has enabled us to repair the system.

Hi everyone,
Just a precautionary message. 3 or 4 Guys may visit your home claiming they are from DEWA/SEWA, to install shower caps, to save water!
They may claim they are from Eskom to change light bulbs for free! They have been spotted in several areas.
Please do not let them into your homes. They are Robbers robbing people at gun-point.
Please broadcast to all your contacts, you may save a life.

Kindly ensure your Association service charges are settled in full by 15th Oct 2012. The defaulters may be denied access to common services like chiller, lifts, pool etc.
Owners are requested to log on to www.my-community.com for detailed information.
Tenants – In order to avoid inconvenience, please remind your landlord to ensure the annual service fees are settled immediately.

Dear Residents of Horizon Tower,
In the interest of safety and security of the community the access control system will be activated soon.
Kindly ensure that you submit the application form immediately and obtain your access cards. As Phase 1 of the process:
Residents who have not submitted their access card applications will not have access to the Swimming pool with effect from Friday 5th October 2012.
