  Renovation Works at Unit 33 from 15 Feb to mid March 2021

  As informed by the owner of Unit 33, the committee would like to advise the renovation works is scheduled to commence on Monday 15 February at Unit 33, it will take approximate 4 weeks to complete the renovation works.
  There will be up to 4 vehicles on the first three days, and lesser for the remaining construction period. It is anticipated that local traffic might be temporarily affected at times during the works, you kind patient and cooperation will be highly appreciated.

  Dear Owners, Residents and Property Managers of the Handford Gardens
  
  Please be advised that, upon the approval granted from the council, the Body Corporate has engaged an arborist to undertake the removal of two trees outside Unit 44 in the common property.
  
  The tree works (including the stump grinding) is scheduled on Monday 1st February 2021 between 7:00AM and 12:00PM.
  
  At times during the works, local roads might be temporarily closed.

  Utility Vehicle Parking Around Unit 26

  On behalf of the committee of Handford Gardens, kindly be advised that the tenants of U26 will be moving in today around 5:30 pm. So there will be a Utility Vehicle parked in the closest visitor parking bay near U26. In case the parking is full then they may park it temporarily out near Unit 26 until all their items are transferred into the unit.

  Notice of Water Outage Tuesday 20 October 10:00am-2:00pm

  Dear Owners and Occupiers of Handford Gardens (332 Handford Road Taigum)
  
  We have been directed by the Body Corporate Committee to write to you to inform you that a faulty water meter isolating valve needs to be replaced in one of the units. In order for the plumber to carry out this repair/maintenance work, the plumber has to shut off the water to the whole complex. The water to your unit will be shut off on Tuesday, 20th October 2020 and this will occur at some time between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

  Notice of water outage 8 October 8am-3pm

  Dear Owners and Occupiers of Handford Gardens (332 Handford Road Taigum)
  
  The Body Corporate has engaged a plumber to replace two broken water meters at the complex. This work will be occurring on Tuesday 8 October, and is anticipated to take a single day.
  
  The works will require the water in the complex to be turned off for a period of six to seven hours from approximately 8am to 3pm.
  
  A letter has been sent to all occupiers of Handford Gardens advising them of the water outage.
