I have five years of experience with Barfoot & Thompson Body Corporate, where I currently oversee a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.     Dear Owners (landlords - please advise your tenants) The exterior windows are being cleaned tomorrow - please ensure that your windows are closed. This is due to start TOMORROW. Annual & Biennial fire inspections - as part of the BWOF, Argus Fire is contracted to carry out regular inspections to ensure that the system works in the event of an emergency. Inspections will be carried out (starting from today) and access to all units is required.     Hello, Vector owns and operates networks that distribute electricity across the greater Auckland region and it requires regular maintenance to ensure its reliability and safety. Major underground maintenance is planned in your area. For safety reasons, this means we will have to turn off your power temporarily.     Dear Owners Lift 1 repairs are underway and should be finished this afternoon. We are hopeful that the new drive unit will get the lift running again today. Lift 2 has again stopped working. Kone have been called to account and instructed that the problem must be solved urgently. Unfortunately we are experiencing the worst case scenario we had hoped to avoid.     Dear Owners After a very unfortunate ' perfect storm' we are close to getting the lifts back working this week. Lift 1 - We are awaiting a new drive unit to arrive from Australia and all going to plan the lift will be working again within a week. Kone were unable to source the required unit so the Committee have approved TKE to carry out the lift repair. Lift 2 - Paul has identified that the problem is being caused by a faulty sensor on Level 7. This will be replaced by Kone when the new sensor is received. In the meantime if you need to get to Level 7 please go to Level 6 and use the stairs to Level 7. Thank you for your assistance over the weekend, Ray. If you have any issues or concerns please call or text Paul in the first instance. A friendly reminder, if you are crossing the Level 1 gantry please remember to take your key fob.
