  Road Closure - this Saturday 20th January

  Dear Residents
  
  The 5th annual trialthon is being held this weekend at Breakfast Point. As a result, there will be some road closures on Saturday morning between the hours of 6am to 11am. Please ensure you have your residents car pass displayed at all times to get access to the building.
  
  Further details about the event and its potential impact on you can be found in the attached flyer.

  Please be advised there is currently an outage with the gas cooktops at 123 Peninsula Drive.
  
  This is an Origin Energy issue and they are investigating accordingly.

  Jim's Pest Control will be spraying the property for cockroaches and bugs this Friday from 10am to 11.30am in the car park. Can you please make sure there is no boxes or materials on the ground near your car space.
