    Carpet cleaning Friday 29th 10 am

    Good Morning,

    We wish to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances the carpet steam cleaning of your common property corridors will be rescheduled to Friday the 29nd of July.
    On this day contractors will require access into the building while steam cleaning the carpet in common property corridors at 10 am. Steam cleaning carpet might take up to 2-3 hours, the contractors have a couple of recommendations:
    1. Avoid walking through the building within a couple of hours after the steam cleaning has been done. If that cannot be avoided, residents are recommended to wipe their shoes thoroughly on the floor mat provided at each entrance door to prevent dirt marks left on wet carpets.
    2. Residents are also advised to carry their pets when walking through the building till the carpets are dry.

    Scan fobs-Access Request

    Good afternoon

    AMPEX will be on site at 8:30am next Friday July 16th to scan everyone's fob to register them to each apartment. This will take a few short minutes of your  time. Please ensure you have your FOB scanned if you couldn't make it on last Wednesday. Please note it is very important get your fob scanned. failure to get your fob scanned might result in your fob no longer be programmed to the property.
