    Dear Sir/Madam,

    RE: LED Lighting upgrade in basement – 29 Loranne St, Bentleigh, VIC, 3204

    We write today on behalf of the Owners Corporation at 29 Loranne St, Bentleigh in relation to a scheduled basement lighting upgrade.

    A qualified contractor has been appointed to complete a full LED basement upgrade which has been scheduled for Monday the 22nd starting at 7.30AM.
    For the duration of the works, all cars will be required to be removed from the basement for the entire day, beginning from 7.30AM until approx. 5PM for access reasons.

    Important Information COVID-19 #216195

    Dear owners and residents,

    Please note that Strata Plan has been advised of a positive COVID-19 case at 29-33 Loranne Street, Bentleigh VIC 3204 on the 31st July 2020. The affected caretaker’s sub-contractor attended your site on Monday 27th of July 2020.

    It's understood that the subcontractor travelled on all Common Property areas during their visit.

    The DHHS has been notified of the case and advised that the risk is deemed to be low to other residents. They've also advised the following;
    • Complete a disinfectant of the affected areas immediately - we can confirm that a disinfectant underway and will be completed today.
    • Residents should not be leaving their apartments unless it is for one of the four reasons advised by the Victorian State Government including;
    - Going to work, where you cannot work from home, and going to school.
    - Accessing or providing care
    - Daily exercise
    - Shopping for food and other essential supplies.
    Residents may continue to travel throughout common property areas of the building to complete necessary tasks such as collecting mail or disposing of rubbish.

    • Any resident who shows symptoms regardless of how mild or severe they may be should get tested immediately and self-isolate until the results are returned. The locations of testing sites can be found here https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/where-get-tested-covid-19. Strata Plan should be notified of any positive cases.
    • Residents should begin wearing masks or suitable face coverings when leaving their apartments. This includes when leaving your apartment and travelling to the basement, to collect mail or packages, disposing of rubbish and so forth or at any other time when on common property.

    Please ensure that you continue to stay safe, maintain distancing and practice good hand hygiene.

    IMPORTANT: Upcoming Minor Building Works by Steller

    Posted on: 18-08-2018

    Dear Residents,

    Please find attached notice from Steller in relation to the Minor Works Order issued by the Glen Eira Municipal Building Surveyor requiring removal of the composite timber cladding at the entry to the building.

    Works will commence this Monday 20 August and completed by Friday 24 August from 7am – 3pm.

    During this time, Steller have advised they will endeavour to complete the works as quickly as possible, leaving adequate exit entry into the building with minimal disruption.

    Visitor spots are visitors only and are not to be abused by occupants who already have allocated car spaces.
    Please refer to section 16 of the owners corporation rules.
    "A Proprietor or Occupier of a lot must not permit the use of those spaces allocated for visitors parking for more than 48 hours or as permitted by the Owners Corporation from time to time; without the prior written consent of the Owners Corporation or Manager."
