  Hi there,
  
  We are excited to announce that all owners of your complex are now able to pay their levies via Direct Debit. Setting up a Direct Debit for your unit means you don’t need to remember due dates for any amounts due for payment… sound like something you would like to put in place? Download the form, complete and return to our office by email or post and we will set this up for you. Don’t worry we will still send you invoices for your records and to enable you to ensure you have the available funds in your nominated account.

  21-23 Corinthian Drive - Customer and Staff Parking

  Dear owner,
  
  As you may aware, the Body Corporate has re-line some of the car park at 21-23 Corinthian Drive, Rosedale.
  
  There are now dedicated 1 staff parking per unit around the back of the common area. Please ensure all staff utilise the dedicated parking and do not use the parking in front of the shops.
  
  All carparks must reserve for customer only for a limited time unless otherwise. The car park will soon be resume enforcement shortly. We will send out another update prior to the enforcement starts.
  
  Please ensure your tenant is advised of this matter.

  As you are aware, New Zealand is now in Alert Level 2. Retail and hospitality businesses can now open their door and serve their customer. It is an exciting moment, however, please reminded that all businesses have to follow the guidelines and protocol while operating.
