This will serve as the last notification from my-community as we have migrated to the new platform Self-Care (Iresidential) since 1st September 2019.
All parcel owners should have received the "Welcome" email from IMTTech on 31-Aug'19 on the notification regarding the new platform.

Ref : Approved Strata Share Unit (iResidential Introduction)

Please be informed that the management shall be issuing September’s invoices/billing based on the approved Strata Share Units; to be consistent with the applicable regulations and laws and as per requirement by the Strata Management Act 757 and by the order of Badan Pengurusan Bersama Menara Teega (3rd JMB Minutes of Meeting).

Hence, owner might encounter minor difference in the maintenance charges due to the calculation of the Charges rate multiplied by the approved Strata Share Units. Kindly refer to the table under Appendix 1 for your unit’s contribution. (please refer to the pdf file)

Concurrently, we shall migrate from our existing platform (Strataware / my-community to the new platform (iResidential). All owners will receive a welcome email to login during first week of September 2019.

Please be informed that, there will be water disruption in Tower Residence B on 26th August 2019 due to rectification works to fix the PVC Piping (dropper pipe) leakage at Tower Residence B Level 27. The developer contractor shall temporarily stop the water supply and affected units shall be from Level 26 to Level ED.

The rectification work shall commence from 9:00 a.m until 8.00 p.m.

Ref : Season Car Parking & Motorbike Sticker

Refer to the matter above, we are pleased to announce that the Season Car Parking is open for application on “first come, first served” basis starting 1st August 2019.
Total available slots are as follow ;
(a) Teega Residence : P4 Level (4 Lots) , P5 Level (50 Lots)
(b) Teega Suites : P4 Level (17 Lots)

Monthly fee of rental is RM150.00(One Hundred Fifty Only) and a minimum of 3 months rental is required.

Barrier access card shall be provided with a deposit fee of RM50.00 (Fifty Only) and shall be refunded when the card is returned back.

If you are keen to apply for the Season Car Parking, kindly complete Form 11 which can be downloaded from https://teega.com.my/forms .

As for the Motorbike Sticker, please obtain it from the management office as the enforcement shall start from 1st September 2019.
