Welcome to the Community portal. We are your new Body Corporate managers and we appreciate your patience during the transition period from the outgoing managers, which can take some weeks to iron out most of the issues.
We are a small family owned and managed company, concentrating on service in and out of normal business hours and keeping our overheads low so we can provide better service. We predominately operate through digital electronics so please communicate with us by email as much as possible.
I take care of phone calls and meetings, and the others take care of support, data and other administration matters.
We don't have receptionists to relay calls and take messages and our offices are not available for clients' visits. However, we can arrange to meet you to discuss any issues if they cannot be dealt with by email or phone.
Please put any mail for us in the Body Corporate Mailbox in your tower if you don't have email.
Your first levies through CMG have been issued and any arrears showing are the amounts supplied to us at handover.
If you pay through the Post Office you will be charged an extra $2.75 so pay this so you don't lose your discount.
Please let us know if your contact details need updating.
Please cancel any current direct debit arrangements you may have set up as the bank account has been changed.
The address of 56 Scarborough Street, Southport, is noted on your levy notice because that is the registered address of your body corporate, even though Towers 2 and 3 have a Lawson Street postal address.
