Work to commence within the North Residences B2 level
Dear Residents,
Please be aware that commencing this Sunday 8th January 2012 work will take place in the North Residences B2 car park, B2 level to create access to the sewage pumps and is expected to last for 3-4 days.
Whilst the work is taking place we will be running the car park exhaust system to try to pull as much air as possible, but despite this, the work required is likely to cause an unpleasant smell within the building, especially the car park levels.

Please be advised not to use your garage ventilation system during this time.

Dear Resident,
We are writing to inform you that once again there have been a number of complaints over the past weeks relating to residents disposing of cigarette butts over their balconies.
This is an extreme fire hazard as these can ignite any item they come into contact with. It has already caused damage to personal belongings of other residents.
This is also in breach of the building code of conduct and any resident found to be in breach of this code will be issued with official notification and fined for further offences.
In the interests of maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable community, please dispose of cigarettes in the proper manner and do not cause litter and frustration for your fellow residents.

Planned Water shutdown
Dear Residents,
In addition to the window cleaning starting this Sunday 23rd January 2011 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, there will be a water shutdown.
The water shutdown will commence at 9:00am through to approx. 12:00 noon, a period of around two hours.
This is to allow the contractors to replace a number of defective Pressure Regulating Valves.
Based on the aforementioned, you are advised to switch off the electric water heaters within your apartments to prevent any damage to the heating element.
