Farewell & Happy Retirement to Rafi!

Dear MAG 214 Residents,

As many of you are aware, our long-time Building Manager, Rafi Miskin, is leaving us to enjoy his retirement with his family back home. On behalf of the MAG 214 Owners Association and the MAG 214 Community, we extend our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to Rafi for his 9 years of sincere devotion and commitment to MAG 214 Owners and Residents. On behalf of the Asteco team, we thank Rafi for being an ardent ambassador of our professional ethos and values and wish him a joyful and healthy retirement.

If you would like to join us in wishing Rafi a long, happy and healthy adventure, please come by the MAG 214 Management Office (ground floor of MAG 214) tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday, January 9, at 17:30, where we will be having a farewell get together for Rafi.

On a closing note, you may have seen a new welcoming face in the MAG 214 OA Management office over the past month. DUBAI FITNESS CHALLENGE - CENTRAL PARK JLT

Dear MAG 214 Residents
Please see below a communication from DMCC; DMCC is delighted to announce that its Central Park JLT has been selected as an official ‘Fitness Village’ for the upcoming Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC).
Central Park JLT will host a range of sporting activities during the initiative which starts on Sunday 28 October, 2018 and finishes on Thursday, 22 November 2018. Please note that the venue will be handed over to event organizers on Saturday, 20 October 2018 for preparatory work and set-up.
DFC is all about motivating and involving Dubai’s residents to commit to 30 minutes of continuous exercise a day for 30 days. A full schedule of activities will be available in due course.
We ask that children entering Central Park JLT during DFC are supervised by an adult at all times to ensure their safety, and that Tower OAMs and representatives inform their respective residents accordingly.
We hope we can count on the active support and participation of the JLT community in this important city-wide initiative.
