Dear Seavue Apartments Owner/s,
Could all owner/s notify their Property Managers of the below correspondence from the Caretaker;
For a number of various historic reasons, there are numerous building security access fobs that cannot be traced to an identified holder. This poses an unsatisfactory security risk for all residents.
The Body Corporate Committee has asked me to identify who has each of the issued fobs for the next committee meeting on December 28th, 2021.
Since the building purchased a machine to produce its own fobs in 09 2018, each issued fob has its own traceable number and unit number. However, before that, Seavue Apartments has no machine to make and tack security fobs, fobs were generic and untraceable, with a large number still in circulation.
Therefore, so that the compromise to Seavue's security can be rectified as soon as possible, We will be available in my office next to the ground floor lifts to quickly check your fobs as per the times on the notices posted in the Official Ground Floor Notice Board and Lifts. Priority will be given to residents of the nominated floor as per that schedule; however, all residents can attend at any of the listed times.
Further all residents that can’t attend during the nominated times can also email me to make an appointment at a mutually suitable tune prior to December 28.
