Dear Community,

PLACE Community Managers would like to invite you to take a few minutes of your time to complete two surveys to help us serve the communities better.

• The first survey is in relation to the 3rd party appointed service providers (MEP, Cleaning & Security) and can be found at this link: https://form.jotform.me/Placestrata/pcm-service-provider-survey

• The second survey is in relation to ourselves as the OAM Manager and can be found at this link: https://form.jotform.me/Placestrata/pcm-oam-survey

We would appreciate your feedback as it helps us review our operations and service delivery to the end users.

Both of the surveys can be submitted anonymously; however, we have left the fields open for you to submit your details including email ID. If you submit your email ID we will contact your directly as required on any of the feedback received, all submitted responses are directly submitted to the General Manager of PLACE. Any email IDs that are submitted will be entered into a raffle to win a mystery prize!

New Year - Safety Notice

Dear Community,

PLACE Community Managers and your Owners Association wish you all a Happy New Year.

We would like to take this time to remind all occupants and there guests of your responsibility to maintain a safe community.

In light of the recent fire incidents across the UAE. PLACE would like to remind all occupants that storage of flammable materials, disposal of cigarette butts, smoking shisha coals and BBQ on balconies are forbidden by the Community and Local Authorities

From very recent fire incidents we know that "wind-blown" cigarettes, shisha coals and BBQ coals pose a significant fire hazard and threaten the personal safety of the occupants and the physical building assets.

PLACE requests all occupants to be vigilant and report any flammable materials or violations to the building security immediately.

The safety of the occupants and building assets are of supreme importance, routine inspections are carried out by Service Providers however the responsibility and care of the occupants to prevent incidents is requested.

Penalties will be implemented in accordance with the local authorities for violation of community and local safety rules.

Please join us in enhancing the safety of your community.
