• Contractor appointment letter from registered owner along with the contractor trade licence.
• Detailed Scope of work
• Detailed drawings with existing layout and highlighting proposed changes in the drawings with the description. (Applicable for changes to layouts)
• Method of statement and risk assessment
• Insurance policy – Workmen's Compensation Insurance & Contractor all risk (CAR) policy coverage minimum AED 5 million.
Once the Preliminary NOC is received, it must be submitted to Concordia, the consultant appointed by DMCC for the JLT area, via https://ondemand.concordiadubai.com/ to obtain the Work Permit.
The final permit from Concordia must then be:
• Emailed to the OA Management Team goldviews2@provis.ae and gcvt2@concordiadubai.com
• Presented to the tower’s security in the main lobby before starting the work.
2. Third-Party Consultant Review
Third-party consultant must be appointed by the Owners / tenants to ensure following are complied.
• Review the scope of work.
• Review and approval of drawings.
• Provide a report to the OA Management Team via email with the recommendation letter based on the engineering review on the scope of work by the consultant. Consultant. Consultant must have valid trade licence with the activity covering the scope of consultancy services.
Please note that all costs and inspections are determined solely by the consultant. The OA is not involved in this process, which pertains specifically to in-unit work and ensuring no impact on common areas.
3. Firefighting and fire safety work
Only the building's DCD approved - AMC provider has the authority to perform any fire-related work.
• The AMC provider must sign and submit a completion report to the OA Management team.

4. Work timing and access
• You can only work from Monday to Friday.

We would like to remind all Residents and their Visitors that #WeAreAllResponsible in the fight against COVID-19. This includes adhering to the following guidelines issued by local authorities:

Dear GCV 2 Residents,
We are pleased to inform you that the Sauna & Steam Room will re-open from Thursday, January 7th, 2021. Kindly note that the facilities are for the use of GCV 2 Residents only.
The facilities will be open from 6am until 10pm daily.
Use of the facilities is at the responsibility and risk of each individual and JOP Management assumes no liability in the event of any incident arising out of the use of the premises.
We request that you do your part to ensure that #WeAreAllResponsible by:
• Not accessing the facilities if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, etc…);
• Maintaining a responsible social distance between you and others of at least 2 meters;
Non-compliance with any of the above will result in immediate eviction of rule-breakers from the premises and reporting to authorities in the event of subsequent flouting of health and safety guidelines.

Dear GCV 2 Residents,
The GCV 2 Jointly Owned Property is pleased to invite all residents to the formal reopening of the newly renovated gym on Thursday, January 7th at 11am.
The gym equipment supplier’s Master Trainer will be available on Thursday from 11am to 12pm to introduce the residents to the new gym line and offer tips and pointers for the use of the new equipment.
Please be informed that the GYM opening hours will remain the same:
On weekends (Friday and Saturday) and Public holidays will be from 9AM-9PM.
On weekdays (Sunday till Thursday) will be from 6AM-12PM and from 4PM-10PM.
GYM will be closed between 12PM-4PM (weekdays only).
Maximum permitted capacity in the GYM is 10 people.
We are excited to welcome you on Thursday, January 7th at 11am in the new gym so get your workout gear ready!

Dear GCV 2 Residents,
We would like to inform you that there will be a Temporary Water Interruption in the building on Monday the 4th of January 2021. The timing required is from 10am to 5pm for the maintenance work.
NOTE: Please make sure all water heaters and taps inside the unit are turned off to avoid water leaks.
