Subject: Ban on driving off-road recreational vehicles within the Green Community
Update to PI circular dated 5th November 2017
Dear Green Community Residents,
With immediate effect, all recreational vehicles including mini jeeps; quad bikes; dirt bikes; and other vehicles designed as off-road recreational vehicles, are banned from being driven within the Green Community. This ban applies to driving on both roads and pedestrian areas, and includes licensed and unlicensed vehicles.
This rule follows practices prohibited by the RTA and Dubai Police, including Regulation No. (4) of 2008 Concerning the Use and Licensing of Recreational Motorbikes/Quad Bikes in the Emirate of Dubai.
Security will report use of such vehicles within the community to management, who will contact the police for further action.
If you are unsure if your vehicle is included within this ban, it is your responsibility to contact PI to clarify with them.
This ban protects the safety of residents and their property, and reduces noise pollution.
Golf buggies are not included within this ban, but they must be used safely and respectfully.
As with all community circulars and rules, it applies equally to owners, tenants and their guests.

Dear Lessees,
PI – PMD department received a lot of inquiries regarding the registered Banks / Finance Companies with PI that finance the Green Community projects (East & West).
Unfortunately several properties were sold via auction from the beginning of the year without a single notice from any authority to PI with regards to those sales.
Accordingly PI left with no option but to apply an updated version of its conditional assignment to all the working banks within the Green Community projects aiming to protect its rights and its dues accumulated on the sold units.
Till date, only 2 banks accepted the updated Conditional Assignment that PI submitted to its registered finance partners at the beginning of this year, these banks are Noor Bank and Dubai Islamic Bank.
Most of the banks that used to finance PI Projects didn’t confirm till date their written acceptance of the updated conditional assignment.
PI have no objection to work with any registered bank in the UAE that accepts its procedure and documentations, at the same time PI will accept any verbal confirmation from any identity whether from Bank’s Sales Representative or Real Estate Brokers/Mortgage Brokers.

Subject: Misusage of vehicles within the community
Dear Green Community Lessees,
It has been noticed that some of the Green Community owners are permitting some of their family members to use unregistered vehicles within the Community such as Mini Jeep Cars, Quad Bike's, Dirt Bikes etc. Unfortunately the users of these vehicle are misusing them which causes a big disturbance to the residents.
Based on the above, Properties Investment requests all its residents to refrain from such unacceptable practices immediately, at the same time such practice are prohibited by RTA authorities as well as Dubai Police.
Therefore if such vehicles are noticed driven within the community boarders, the security will immediately report the incident to Green Community Management and to the police for further action.

Circular No. 3: Construction of Metro Station Next to Gate No. 2 in GC East Community
Dear GC East Residents,
With reference to the circular no. 2 dated 23rd July 2017, PI wants to bring to your knowledge that a new gate has been created opposite to GC West, next to NMC roundabout as per the attached drawings from RTA.
Hence, please be informed that, new Gate will be opened and operational in parallel to Gate no. 2 for five (5) days and then, Gate no. 2 will be closed until the construction of the Metro Station is completed which will take approximately one (1) year and ½ (half).

Please be informed that there will be LV Panel Shutdown as per DEWA Notice attached.
The rectification work for LV Panel Shutdown will require at least 2hours of emergency shutdown on Saturday, 07 October 2017, from 15:00pm to 16:00pm and 21:00pm to 22:00pm.
