DEED OF MUTUAL COVENANTS - EAST LEDANG,ISKANDAR PUTERI, JOHOR.

NOTICE ON OBLIGATIONS TO ENSURE GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTIES

We are please to refer you to the terms of the Deed of Mutual Covenant duly executed by your good selves (DMC), whereby the said DMC has prescribes rules, regulations, terms and conditions for the compliance of all residents for the purposes of maintaining and preserving the security, status, image, character, value and exclusiveness of EL and enjoyment of all properties including the common maintenance areas.

However, we regret to note some non-compliance to the terms of DMC by the purchasers/owners and/or the occupants of the properties in ensuring the general upkeep and maintenance of their properties as among others :

1) Overgrown with grass and weeds;and
2)dirty/unkept swimming pools filled with waste.
3)solid waste of individual unit to be dump at individual bin

Refer to Third Schedule of the DMC (By-Laws of East Ledang), in particular item 7 and 11, you are required to ensure that your property is sufficiently maintained in clean, neat and tidy condition and free from potential infestation of vermin, insects and other pests.

We appreciate your full attention, support and cooperation in this matter.

Dear Valued Owners and Residents,
Our national heroes who fought and laid down their lives for the Declaration of Independence and the birth of our country as an independent nation deserves to be remembered not only on the 31st of August, but always in our heart. Nothing is as good as being an independent and self-sustaining nation. On the behalf of Management Team, we would like to take this opportunity to wish happy National Day to everyone. Let’s salute the nation!
Kindly be informed that the Management Office will be closed on 31st August 2018 in conjunction with the celebration of National Day.
We would like to remind all residents to ensure that all main doors and windows are locked, gas and electricity supply are turned off before leaving for holiday and ensure that you do not keep too much cash or jewellery in your residential unit.
