Reminder regarding DLP and Annual Preventative Maintenance Contracts
Dear Residents,
We wish to remind you all that your Defect Liability Period (DLP), which covers defects of material and electrical , plumbing and distribution systems in accordance with the warranty certificates and reported cosmetic snags had already expired.
For issues previously logged within the DLP , the contractor will still be liable to rectify it if this was not attended to yet. Should you have any DLP issue that is still pending please write to contactus@bloomcommunities.com . Kindly include owner’s name, villa details, the issue reported under DLP and a copy of the snag list previously completed.
In order to maintain your villa in good condition and ensure all systems are running well, it is important that you have an Annual Maintenance Contract with a reliable preventative maintenance service provider. We have included a copy of the packages offered by b.fm for such services. Kindly note that you are under no obligation to use this provider only, and may proceed with any provider you wish to appoint.
We regret that the helpdesk may not be able to assist you should you have any maintenance or emergency issue, unless you have a signed AMC contract with b.fm or the matter is logged as an existing DLP issue.
For tenants who have leased out from a private owner, we recommend that you check with your landlord to ensure if there is an AMC in place .
