Dear owners,
As you are aware, New Zealand is now in Alert Level 2. Retail and hospitality businesses can now open their door and serve their customer. It is an exciting moment. However, please reminded that all businesses have to follow the guidelines and protocol while operating.
Please find the following documents which may be helpful for your business or tenant:

Please remind your tenant and staff member to follows these guidelines or the latest official information at all times.
Body Corporate Levies and Annual General Meeting:
Please ensure you have canceled your automatic payment of the body corporate levies with Premium Property Management Ltd. The levies for the next and current financial year will be determined at the next Annual General Meeting, which is likely to be held around in late June.
Gas and Water Billing
Your gas and water billings are now read and invoice by Smart Billing Ltd. All utility invoices will bill directly to your tenant. These utility accounts are now separate from your Body Corporate accounts to ensure better management of your Body Corporate accounts.
