Cabanas
Cabanas are found throughout the grounds of Sas Al Nakhl Village, Abu Dhabi. A large cabana area exists at the end of the covered walkways leading down to the tennis courts area.
Children’s Play Equipment
A popular destination for families, Sas Al Nakhl has several parks throughout its streets that cater for children play areas.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse has a small library for use of residents in its lobby. Clubhouse timings are 6.00am-10.00pm daily. Women’s exclusive timings for use of the clubhouse facilities are on Mondays 5.00pm – 7.00pm, and Sunday, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.00am to 12.00pm.
Exercise Room
The exercise room for group classes at Sas Al Nakhl Abu Dhabi looks out to the pool area and is located directly below the gymnasium.
Games Room
The Sas Al Nakhl games room is located next to the exercise room and once again looks out onto the pool area.
On-Site Security
The entire Sas Al Nakhl Village is protected 24/7 by onsite security. Security guards patrol the common areas and each of the different residential zones. The security services are provided by Khidmah, the facilities manager for the communities.
Security Cameras
There are security cameras located throughout the common areas and most entrances and exits at Sas Al Nakhl Village. The video footage is monitored 24/7 in a central command centre by the FM Service Provider, Khidmah LLC, and all video feeds are recorded if needed in the future.
Retail Shops
One of the significant benefits to living at Sas Al Nakhl Village is have fully integrated facilities and services. The established retail area has a men’s salon and massage centre, a women’s beauty salon, a pharmacy, a dry cleaners, a restaurant / café and a Spinnys supermarket.
Swimming Pools
The swimming pool area at Sas Al Nakhl Village is a central focus point for the community. The pools are surrounded by contemporary pool lounges, tables and chairs with shade umbrellas. The pool is temperature controlled which means you can swim all year round. The pool is open from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week and the main pool is patrolled by trained lifeguards with special women and children only times allocated.
Community Meeting Room
The Clubhouse has a large community meeting room or a hall that can be booked out by residents at any time. This hall is often the hub of community events.
Elevators
Four elevators service Al Murjan Tower.
Landscaped Gardens
There is a significant amount of landscaping and grassed areas throughout the residential streets of Sas Al Nakhl Village, Abu Dhabi.
Mosque
The Sas Al Nakhl Village Mosque is located right next to the main entry, opposite the clubhouse and retail village.
Gymnasium
The gymnasium at Sas Al Nakhl is located on the first floor of the Clubhouse, the two-storey recreational and relaxation centre exclusively for residents. The gymnasium covers an area over 200m2 and contains the latest in fitness equipment from “LifeFitness” including 3 running machines, 2 exercise bikes, 2 cross trainers, 1 rowing machine and a large selection of free weights and machine weights. The gym is open from 6am to 10pm seven days a week and is free to use for Sas Al Nakhl Village residents. Women’s exclusive timings for use of the gym and the other clubhouse facilities are on Mondays 5.00pm – 7.00pm, and Sunday, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.00am to 12.00pm.
Concierge
Whilst the Sas Al Nakhl Village has no formal concierge services, the friendly Khidmah staff that run the Clubhouses have a community desk to assist residents with all activities and scheduled events. The events at Sas Al Nakhl include Yoga classes, tennis lessons, Arabesque dancing, kick boxing, ballet, swimming lessons, zumba, aqua aerobics, etc.
Common Change Rooms
The change rooms located in the heart of the Clubhouses have extensive facilities for residents including showers, bathrooms, lockers, spa, steam room and sauna.
Children's Pool
There is a small children's pool next to the main community pool. The pool is shaded and extensive lounge areas. Like the main pool, the children’s pool is open from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week and is patrolled by trained lifeguards.
Tennis Courts
The tennis courts at Sas Al Nakhl, Abu Dhabi, are located at the far end of the clubhouse facility area. The courts are not just booked out for tennis, but also for football practice and other general children activities.
Roof Decks
The Podium on level 5 hosts all the community amenities and facilities within the Sun & Sky complex.
Lobby
The ground floor lobby of Al Murjan tower can be entered from either the main front entry where the reception security desk is located or at the back of the building. The lobby stretches the entire length of the ground floor circling the lift core and comprises of fully tenanted retail shops and services.
Roof Decks
The pool is located on the 23rd floor roof deck of Al Murjan Tower. From the entry to the pool deck, if you walk along to your left you come to a private sun lounge area with expansive glass viewing areas to the eastern side of the building. This area is well suited to relaxing in privacy and in protection from the winds.
Secure Car Parking
Each of the villas has car parking provided and incorporated into the design. For the 3 and 4 bedroom villa that have only one allocated car park, with other on street facilities provided throughout the community. Currently residents have car stickers that are identified by security at the community gates, but are moving to a swipe system in the coming year.
Sauna
A separate sauna is available for both men and women in the changing rooms at the Clubhouse. Relax those tired or sore muscles after a workout in the gym or after a game of tennis or squash. The Clubhouse is open to residents from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week.
Spa
A Sas Al Nakhl Village, Abu Dhabi spa or Jacuzzi is located in the change rooms of the clubhouse.
Squash Courts
Squash courts with viewing areas are located in the Sas Al Nakhl clubhouse. Residents can book the courts at reception of Clubhouse concierge for one hour a day, twice a week to ensure all residents get the opportunity to play.
