The Al Murjan Tower contains a total of 252 contemporary yet quality studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The residential apartments comprise the great majority of the building, whist three levels of basement car parking, a ground floor of retail shops and a first floor mezzanine of commercial offices make up the remaining floors.

Studio Apartments

There are two variations of studio apartments depending on the positioning within Al Murjan Tower. Typically however the gallery kitchen is located either in front or tucked away behind the entry, with bathroom facilities separately concealed on your right by a built-in wardrobe. Each apartment has ample windows and natural light. The studio apartments are 52 sq/m in size.

One bedroom apartments

There are four variations of the one bedroom apartments in Al Murjan Tower, not all of which contain balconies. Typically the one bedroom apartments open out to the living room area, with the kitchen / dining areas on one side and the bedroom / bathroom area located on the other. The kitchens are open plan to the dining rooms and the bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The one bedroom apartments at Al Murjan Tower are 91 sq/m in size.

Two bedroom apartments

Once again there are four variations in the two bedroom apartments at Al Murjan Tower. The larger two bedroom apartments are located towards the edges of Al Murjan affording expansive views and ample natural light. Typically the kitchen’s and guest bathroom facilities are located at the entry with a small foyer area opening onto the combined living / dining area. The bedrooms are located down the hallway both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has expansive walk in wardrobe areas. The two bedroom apartments at Al Murjan Tower are 179 sq/m in size. Many two bedroom apartments have a balcony or terrace.

Three bedroom apartments

Given the architectural features of the Al Murjan Tower, the two variations of the three bedroom apartment is located at either end of the tower’s wings. The three bedroom apartments vary in size from 153 sq/m right up to 195 sq/m, but all have a balcony or terrace, a guest bathroom, a small study area, a separate laundry. Not all bedrooms have their own en-suite. All apartments have impressive views and ample natural light.
