On-Site Security
Security throughout Al Murjan Tower consists of CCTV monitoring by on-site security, a 24 hour presence at the front desk and swipe card entry to the car parking areas by residents and commercial office users.
Security Cameras
Al Murjan Tower is monitored 24 hours a day by CCTV cameras placed in strategic areas throughout the communal areas of the building.
Retail Shops
Al Murjan Tower in Danat, Abu Dhabi, provides a variety of retail offerings to residents. Separate from the Mushrif Mall which is located nearby, Al Murjan Tower has a variety of established retail outlets comprising the entire ground floor. These outlets include a supermarket, a number of specialist shops and a café / restaurant.
Swimming Pools
The swimming pool is located on the roof of Al Murjan Tower on the 23rd floor. The pool is accessed from the gymnasium area by the internal staircase. The pool has a portioned off safe children’s swimming facility that is shallower than the rest of the main body of water and usage is supervised by suitably qualified staff.
Commercial Offices
The commercial offices are located on the first floor mezzanine. The offices on this podium vary in sizes from 111sq/m to the much larger 283 sq/m. Due to the architectural features of the building all offices enjoy expansive outlooks and natural light. Bathroom facilities are provided for tenants near the elevators and significant established retail is available to tenants on the ground floor.

Four elevators service Al Murjan Tower.
Landscaped Gardens
There is a small area of landscaped terraces at the entry to the building on the ground floor and a number of small garden beds lining the rooftop pool area.
Gymnasium
The gymnasium facility is located on the 22nd floor of Al Murjan Tower. The gymnasium contains the latest in fitness equipment from “Life Fitness” including 3 running machines, 2 cross trainers, several cycle machines, bikes, 1 rowing machine, both upper and lower body weight stations, a large selection of free weights and core exercise balls. The gym is open from 6am to 10pm seven days a week. The ladies gymnasium only weekly allocations are on Monday’s and Wednesday’s between the hours of 4.00pm and 6.00pm.
Concierge
Whilst no formal concierge services are provided at Al Murjan, the helpful gymnasium staff are available to provide any assistance with the use and safe enjoyment of the recreational facilities during opening hours whilst the security at the front desk are available for general information and assistance 24 hours a day.
Common Change Rooms
The common change rooms are located off the gymnasium area on the 22nd floor of Al Murjan Tower. These contain shower, bathroom and change room facilities.
Children’s Pool
The children’s pool is adjoined to the main pool located on Al Murjan Tower’s rooftop terrace area. The pool is large and shallow allowing children to play safely. The area is supervised during opening hours by Khidmah’s qualified lifeguard staff.
Roof Decks
The Podium on level 5 hosts all the community amenities and facilities within the Sun & Sky complex.
Central Rubbish Shoot
The central rubbish shoot is located next to the elevators on every floor of Al Murjan Tower.
Lobby
The ground floor lobby of Al Murjan tower can be entered from either the main front entry where the reception security desk is located or at the back of the building. The lobby stretches the entire length of the ground floor circling the lift core and comprises of fully tenanted retail shops and services.
Roof Decks
The pool is located on the 23rd floor roof deck of Al Murjan Tower. From the entry to the pool deck, if you walk along to your left you come to a private sun lounge area with expansive glass viewing areas to the eastern side of the building. This area is well suited to relaxing in privacy and in protection from the winds.
Secure Parking
Al Murjan Tower has three levels of secure parking accessed by swipe card. The entry to the underground parking ramp is located on the western side of the building, off 21st street.
