Tennis Courts
The 2 tennis courts are at the far end of the podium towards the Gate towers with excellent views to the surrounding areas. Bookings for the courts can be made at the clubhouse reception. A Khidmah appointed community tennis coach reserves the right to book the courts for lessons, tournaments, and junior activities from time to time. The courts are available from 7am-9pm.
Squash Courts
2 squash courts are available for use by residents. They are booked at and accessed through the healthclub in Sun Tower. The courts are available for use between the hours of 6am and 10pm.
Spa/Jacuzzi's
Several spas are provided for residents throughout the podium level deck areas.
Onsite Security
The entire Sun & Sky project is protected 24/7 by onsite security. Security guards patrol the common areas and each of the different precincts of the building. The security services are one of the key services provided to the community and which are managed by Khidmah team. As well as the patrolling security team, security officers will be stationed at the ground floor main entrance within each building, offering additional security and assistance.
Security Cameras
Closed circuit cameras which are monitored on-site, record all activities in security sensitive areas. Areas that are typically covered by closed circuit cameras include the external boundary, the car park, entries, exits and exit barriers, entrances to buildings, and elevator lobbies.
Sauna
The saunas are located in the clubhouse change rooms. The opening times for use of the saunas are 6am to 10pm.
Retail Shops
The ground and 1st floor podium of Sun & Sky Towers comprises the BOUTIK Sun & Sky Mall offering a diverse range of retail servicing many community needs. This 44,000 sq/m retail and entertainment district includes hair and beauty salons, banking facilities, gourmet food supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, food and beverage outlets, restaurants and specialty shops and is open Sunday to Wednesday 10am to 10pm and on Thursday to Saturday 10am to midnight.
Swimming Pools
The three pools are situated on the 5th floor podium deck. You can take choice of a 70m infinity pool, a 50m lap pool or a dedicated children’s pool. Reflective of good management, the opening times and usage of each pool varies. For the infinity pool opening hours is 9am to 10pm. The kid’s pool is open from 7am to 9pm. The lap pool from 6am-7am is for lap swimming adults only, from 7am-9am is cleaning times, 9am to 7pm is a more relaxed family allocation and from 7pm to closing at 10pm the lap pool is once again for adult lap swimmers only.

Children's outdoor play equipment can be found in several areas of the community, both at the entry to Sun Tower surrounded by extensive green areas and play equipment, and again near the lap pool on the 5th floor podium.

Commercial Offices
The entry to the commercial offices is through the commercial lobby. This lobby spills over to an expansive Atrium area that connects into the retail mall.
Elevators
Sun Tower residents are serviced by 4 high speed passenger elevators and a service elevator located in the services lobby. The dedicated service lobby can be utilized for deliveries and removals. Sky Tower has 4 elevators dedicated to its residential component, and four separate commercial elevators dedicated to the commercial offices. Given the use of high tech security throughout the building, no floor buttons are provided in the elevators.
Lap Pool
A dedicated 50m lap pool is one of the three pools on the podium level deck that are provided for the use of residents. To ensure the lap pool is used for its intended purpose different use times are strictly enforced. From 6am-7am, usage is restricted to adults for lap swimming only, cleaning is allocated from 7am-9am, from 9am to 7pm there is a more relaxed family allocation but from 7pm to closing at 10pm the lap pool is once again for adults who choose to lap swim only.
Landscaped Gardens
There is a significant amount of landscaping and grassed areas throughout the ground floor areas surrounding the building, this is particularly the case near the entrance to Sun Tower. The grounds have been planted with a broad variety of shrubs and trees, native or sub native to this environment.
Equipped Kitchens
Kitchens are not standard in the supply of kitchen equipment such as fridges, dishwashes etc. Kitchens are fitted with marble benchtops, solid beech frame cabinets and stainless steel satin finishes.
Intercom
One of the defining features of Sun & Sky Towers has to be its automated security features. Each apartment is fitted with video intercoms. All guests are required to use the lobby intercom system to contact the resident who can then unlock an elevator that will bring the guest to the appropriate floor.
Gymnasium
In total there are three fully equipped modern community gymnasiums at Sun & Sky Towers. Sky Tower has the main gymnasium with over 3,000 sq/m of state of the art fitness equipment. Sun Tower has two of its own gymnasiums, one mixed and the other dedicated to use by women only. The Sun Tower facilities also lead onto exercise rooms, squash courts and an area to play pin pong. There is no shortage of equipment, supplied by “Life Fitness”, includes running machines, cross trainers, rowing machines, bikes, step machines, multi-purpose weight stations for upper and lower body, free weight and stretching areas. All gyms are open from 6am to 10pm and are manned by trained friendly staff.
Games Room
Whilst there is no dedicated games room as such at Sun & Sky, ping pong courts are available for the use of residents. The ping pong courts are located near the squash courts.
Exercise Room
Both Sun Tower and Sky Tower health clubs have dedicated exercise rooms that are used for group classes such as spin, yoga, Pilates etc.
Concierge
Concierge is located in the main lobby areas. Concierge works closely with security services, Khidmah building services and the health clubs personnel to assist with all needs of residents and guests.
Common Change Rooms
All clubhouses have common change rooms with showers facilities, locker rooms, saunas and steam rooms.
Children's Pool
There is large children’s pool facility located next to the tennis courts. The children's pool is open from 7am to 9pm, seven days a week and is patrolled by trained lifeguards.
Roof Decks
The Podium on level 5 hosts all the community amenities and facilities within the Sun & Sky complex.
Cabanas
Sporadically spaced along the interconnecting walkways of the facilities podium, you can find welcome breaks of shade and relaxation in the form of cushioned cabanas. First in best served!
Central Rubbish Chute
Each floor has a centrally located rubbish chute. For the wellbeing of the community of residents and the environment, it is requested by management that rubbish is only dropped in the rubbish chutes between the hours of 6.30am to 11.00pm.
Lobby
Whilst the corporate lobby of Sky Tower exudes a strikingly professional tone with its cool and tailored color palette, the residential lobbies of Sun & Sky Towers have a warmer and more inviting feel with their wooden panels and natural finishes.
Multisport Field
In addition to the 2 tennis courts, Sun & Sky Towers has a multisport field for games of football, basketball, netball or volleyball.
