Swimming Pool
Despite many of the villas having their own private pools, the main community pool is located in the Clubhouse. The pool is designed for casual pool swimming as well as laps, with a large shade umbrella extending over the northern side. The pool is surrounded by an expansive paved area of deck chairs, tables, umbrellas and sundeck lounges to meet all your relaxation needs. Pool hours are 6am-10pm.
Gymnasium
The gymnasium at Golf Villas is located overlooking the pool in the Clubhouse. The gymnasium covers a large square area containing the latest in fitness equipment from “Life Fitness” including 3 running machines, 2 exercise bikes, 2 cross trainers, 2 seated cycles, 1 rowing machine, and a full range of upper and lower body residence machines and free weights. The gym is open from 6am to 10pm seven days a week with ladies only timings on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 11am and Monday and Wednesday from 5pm to 7:30pm. The gym is free to use for Golf Garden residents.
Sauna
Separate saunas are available for both men and women in the changing rooms at the Clubhouse. Relax those tired and sore muscles after a workout in the gym or after a game of tennis or squash. The Clubhouse is open to residents from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week.
Common Changing Rooms
In the Clubhouse are men’s and women’s changing rooms. They come equipped with lockers, 3 showers and bathroom facilities and are available for use by all residents during the hours of 6am to 10pm, seven days a week.
Children’s Play Room
A popular destination for the children living at Golf Gardens is the Children’s Play Room located in an easy to keep an eye on poolside location next to the café. The room is not supervised but is available for use between the hours of 6am to 10pm, seven days a week.
Retail Shops
In addition to the superb restaurants and dining options at the Abu Dhabi Golf Club next door and the Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort also next door, Golf Gardens has several retail options for residents within the community clubhouse. French bakery La Brioche serves café style breads, meals and deserts poolside. Other Clubhouse retail offerings include the Beyrouti Beuty Salon, a Baqala minimarket and Queens Gard dry cleaning services.
Balcony/Deck
Most of the villas and townhouses at Golf Gardens have small but functional balconies or sun terraces to take advantage of landscaped streets or nearby golf course sights.
Security Cameras
There are security cameras located throughout the common areas and the entry gate at Golf Gardens. The video footage is monitored 24/7 in a central command centre and all video feeds are recorded if needed in the future. All security services are outsourced at Golf Gardens and project managed by Khidmah.
On-Site Security
The entire Golf Gardens project is protected 24/7 by on-site security. Security guards patrol the common areas and the entrance to this gated community. In the event of accident, incident, safety or environmental emergency in the community call 800 KHIDMAH (544 3624) or the relevant emergency services for fire, ambulance or police.
Clubhouse
The impressive clubhouse is the heartbeat of the community. Centrally located, the clubhouse is popular with residents of all ages. Open from 6am-10pm daily.
Concierge
At the entrance of the Clubhouse, the Khidmah management staff are available throughout the day to assist you with any facility booking requirements, community events, recreational assistance or to answer any questions or particular requests you may have.
Mosque
The central Mosque is a key achitectual and cultural centerpiece of the community linked by landscaped protected walkways into the recreational clubhouse.
Entertainment Room
One of the best features of the Clubhouse is the large entertainment / community hall. This functional space can be booked by residents for private parties and functions. The entertainment hall is available to residents from 6am-10pm, 7 days a week.
Landscaped Gardens
At the center of the Golf Gardens community, is a significant amount of green space and recreational landscaping that links the club and the mosque to the residential precincts. There is also limited access to the Golf Club next door, although the residential community and the Golf Course are not seamlessly integrated.
Children’s Pool
There is a small children’s pool next to the main community pool. Like the main pool, the children’s pool is open from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week and is patrolled by trained lifeguards.
Security Code
Residents are given an access card in order to enter the community. All other arrivals must clear the security desk before being allowed in.
Squash Court
The squash court is located near the gym in the community clubhouse. In order to block out the court, bookings have to be made at the Clubhouse concierge desk. The squash court can be used from 6am-10pm, 7 days of the week.
Steam Room
Located in the change room facilities of the Clubhouse is a sauna and separate steam room. The steam room fits eight people at a time. The clubhouse facilities are open from 6am-10pm, 7 days a week to all community residents of Golf Gardens.
Tennis Courts
The highly functional multi-purpose sports field is located to the side of the clubhouse next to the community mini-market. Residents must make prior bookings at the concierge desk, management's friendly staff will prepare the court to whatever use is required … tennis, netball or basketball. The court can be booked at night with the use of floodlights. Court hours are 6am to 10pm.
