Al Gurm is Aldar's most exclusive residential villa destination.

Nestling among the mangrove forests and sandbars off Abu Dhabi Island, Al Gurm is an eco-friendly development consisting of residential villas and private access ways. The homes at Al Gurm have been designed with understated Asian or Mediterranean architectural standards and sit as low-rise structures to ensure they blend into their fragile environment.

The first stage of Al Gurm consists of 70 villas ranging from three-bedroom to five-bedroom villas, some located on their own private island. Each villa in Al Gurm comes with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, landscaped gardens, maids and driver rooms, modern kitchens and bathrooms, private swimming pools, water features and a private jetty for direct boat access to the Arabian Gulf.

Stage 2 of the project is currently in the design phase.
