Swimming Pools
All of the six-bedroom villas at Al Bateen Park come with their own private swimming pool. There is also a common area swimming pool for residents, as shown in the above photo.
Onsite Security
The entire Al Bateen Park project is protected 24/7 by onsite security. Security guards patrol the streets, common areas and all entrances to the community. They are permanently located in the central command centre. Residents can inform security for taxis, contractors and food/general deliveries. The security services are provided by Securiguard.
Secure parking
The four bedroom villas and townhouses come standard with a two-car garage with automatic door. The six-bedroom villas come standard with a three-car garage. There is also ample parking for visitors throughout the community.
Lanscaped Gardens
There is landscaping and grassed areas throughout the Al Bateen Park community. The landscaping services at Al Bateen Park are currently contracted out to Citiscape.
Security Cameras
There are 69 security cameras located throughout the community and at all entrances and exits of Al Bateen Park. The video footage is monitored 24/7 in a central command centre by the appointed security company, Securiguard and all video feeds are recorded if needed in the future.
Fully Equipped Kitchens
Each villa in Al Bateen Park comes with large, open-planned fully equipped kitchens. These contemporary kitchens come equipped with the latest kitchen appliances including cabinets, oven, range hood, gas stove and dishwashers. All villas come with built-in fridges and freezers. The laundries come with a combined washer/dryer. The user manuals for all the appliances in the apartments have been uploaded to the Community Portal and so are available for residents electronically.
Large Balconies and Terraces
All of the villas at Al Bateen Park come standard with outdoor terraces and balconies off most of the bedrooms and living areas. The balconies or decks have large glass sliding doors that open right out to create a sense of indoor/outdoor living. The outdoor spaces at Al Bateen Park have been designed for residents to enjoy the views and tranquility of the community's surroundings.
Intercom System
The apartments at Al Bateen Park come fitted with intercom systems for the convenience and safety of residents. They include a small TV screen showing a video feed of people requesting access to their homes.
Children Play Equipment
Within the gardens of Al Bateen Park is a large covered children’s play area with play equipment and soft flooring. The area is well covered with shading.
Tennis Court
There is a tennis court and an all-purpose court at Al Bateen Park for residents. The blue court is for tennis while the green and red court is an all-purpose court for that can be used for basketball, volleyball and soccer.
