Security Breaches at Guild Apartments
Following security breaches and the involvement of Victoria Police at Guild Apartments the Owners Corporation Committee has decided to ensure the removal of all private property lock-boxes from the common property (including the Promenade) as allowed under Rules of the Owners Corporation 3.3.7.
Owners of lock-boxes have until 9am on Friday 27 April 2018 to remove their lock-box. Those lock-boxes found anywhere on Guild common property after this will be removed by the Owners Corporation and all associated costs will be charged to appropriate individual lot owner. Lock-boxes removed by the Owners Corporation will be able to be retrieved by contacting the Guild Building Manager.
